4.1 Rights Reserved
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without authorisation. Limited sharing of our newsletter is permitted.

7. Returns & Refunds
You may return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, Items must be returned in original package, like new condition.

We reserve the right to monitor and remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms.

9. Warranty Coverage

9.1 Limited Warranty

CardioMate warrants that its blood pressure monitors will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 5 years from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”).

What’s Covered:

  • Defective components affecting core functionality
  • Faulty sensors providing inaccurate readings
  • Power system failures under normal use
  • Display malfunctions

9.2 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including cuff deterioration)
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Problems caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Damage from improper cleaning (use of harsh chemicals)
  • Issues arising from use with non-CardioMate accessories
  • Battery replacement (consumable item)
  • Devices without proof of purchase
  • Damage from environmental factors (extreme temperatures, moisture, etc.)

9.3 Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team at info@cardiomate.co.uk with your proof of purchase
  2. We will provide a pre-paid return label if applicable
  3. Our technicians will inspect the device within 5 business days of receipt
  4. You will receive either:
    • repaired or replacement device, or
    • pro-rated refund based on device age if unrepairable

Important Notes:

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
  • Replacement devices inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product
  • All warranty repairs include free return shipping within the UK

9.4 Statutory Rights

This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
